GST F5 figures for sole proprietors and agents

For GST-registered people: GST worked out on each receipt, claimable input tax tracked, and Box 5 and Box 7 of your F5 ready each quarter with the due date shown.

GST on every receipt

GST is worked out at 9/109 of the total when a receipt shows GST, and can be set to zero when it does not.

GST F5 for one quarter with Boxes 1 to 8

Claimable input tax

Receipts that still need a tax invoice are listed, so Box 7 only counts input tax you can support.

F5 figures by quarter

Box 5 and Box 7 come from your confirmed receipts. Enter your sales for Box 1 and Box 6; Box 8 is worked out.

Due dates in view

Each quarter shows its due date, one month after the quarter ends, and whether it is filed.
